They sign a vocational training contract; young people obtain various professional skills and train in enterprises. The apprenticeship is guaranteed. The vocational educational system consists of: vocational, specialized vocational, vocational extension and specialized schools. 

Adult education is also well-known in Germany. All the educational institutions are controlled by the government, that’s why this country attracts so many students from all over the world. In the last 20 years the number of students doubled here.
